How do I book?
Send the inquiry form above or email us directly at randjpropertytravel@gmail.com. We'll respond personally with a quote and availability, then send a booking link to confirm.
What's included in the rate?
Everything. The price you see is the price you pay — no resort fee, no amenity fee, no surprise cleaning surcharge. Taxes are added at booking (standard Palm Springs TOT), and a refundable damage deposit applies.
What's your cancellation policy?
Free cancellation up to 30 days before arrival. Between 30 and 14 days out, 50% refund. Inside 14 days, the booking is non-refundable — but we'll always help you reschedule if life happens.
Are pets allowed?
On request at both Slice of Heaven and Biltmore Retreat (one well-behaved dog, $150 pet fee). Just let us know when you inquire.
Can I host an event?
Small gatherings (under 20 people, no amplified music after 10pm) are fine at Biltmore Retreat with prior approval. Weddings and larger events are case-by-case — just ask.
What's the minimum stay?
2 nights at Slice of Heaven. 3 nights at Biltmore Retreat. Some peak weekends and holiday periods require a longer minimum.
When's the best time to visit Palm Springs?
October through May is peak season — perfect weather, busy town. June through September is hot (often 105°F+) but quiet, and rates drop significantly. Locals love the summer — empty restaurants, cheap rates, and pools that double as air conditioning.

Palm Springs International (PSP) is one of the easiest airports in the country to fly into — small, walkable, and surprisingly well-connected. From the gate to your driveway is usually under 20 minutes.
Driving in? You're 2 hours from LA, 2.5 from San Diego, 4 from Phoenix. Many guests fly in, rent a car for the week, and never use it after day two.
